Daylesford Spirit - “Meet the Maker” and enjoy a rare opportunity to spend time in a working distillery on a picturesque rural property.

Michael has carefully curated your “tasting experience” - pairing his range of award-winning gin with Long Paddock cheese. Based in Castlemaine, Long Paddock cheese is made with locally sourced organic ingredients and influenced by the finest cheeses from around the globe. Our picnic lunch will feature a “regional sampler box” by Daylesford Gourmet.

Following a leisurely lunch, we will meander through the countryside to

Captains Creek Organic Wines in Blampied for the dessert course of our picnic. We lay out the picnic rug and cushions (let us know if you prefer chairs) and “chill out” with fresh berries and delicious, quality, hand made chocolate.

Lucky and James chocolate is made in Ballarat.

While at Captains Creek Wines, you can select either their sparkling wine, cider or white wine for dessert
